UK CustomersIf for some reason you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it please contact our customer services department on
sales@stoneflyshoes.co.uk or 0161 905 3744 and we will arrange collection at our expense. Unworn shoes can be returned for a replacement size or refund as per the customers wishes for a period of upto 30 days from receipt of goods

Goods cannot be returned for "fitting" issues if they have been "worn outside". We therefore advise all our customers to try on their purchase indoors to ensure that they are entirely happy with their purchase before wearing them normally.
Faulty Goods.

Returning Unworn GoodsUnworn goods should be returned in their original packaging. We suggest that the product box is suitably wrapped for transport with a protective outerlayer. Once the product has been received by our returns department and inspected a replacement or refund will be issued as directed by the customer. Failure to return unworn goods in good condition (no packaging or box ) may result in a re-stocking fee being appllied to your account. This fee will not exceed 30% of the original purchase price and relates to the costs incurred due to the re-packaging of the product to the original standard .
